How do I book a studio or gear?
Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to scheduling. If you need help, contact us via the contact page.
What are your hours and location notes?
Standard access is 7am–10pm daily. Early call or late wrap is available on request. We provide arrival and parking guidance 24 hours before your shoot.
Is sound recording supported?
Yes. Studios feature soft furnishings, wall treatments, and quiet HVAC cycles. For sensitive recordings, choose our "Interview Studio" options in the catalog.
Do you require insurance or deposits?
For studio bookings over $500 and all camera packages, we require a COI naming us as additionally insured. A refundable hold may apply to high-value gear.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule once for free up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations follow our policy in the Terms.
Do you provide crew or operators?
We can refer friendly, vetted freelancers for camera, sound, and gaffing. Requests are best made 72 hours in advance via the contact page.
What if something breaks?
Please notify us immediately. We aim for repairs or swaps the same day. Normal wear is expected; negligence and loss may incur fees as outlined in Terms.
Can I tour a studio before booking?
Yes. We offer 15-minute walkthroughs during off-peak hours. Browse options in the catalog and request a tour via contact.
Do you have accessibility accommodations?
Most studios are ground-floor with ramp access. We can provide quiet waiting space, adjustable seating, and cable covers upon request.
