How do I book a studio or gear?+
Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to scheduling. If you need help, contact us via the contact page.
What are your hours and location notes?+
Standard access is 7am–10pm daily. Early call or late wrap is available on request. We provide arrival and parking guidance 24 hours before your shoot.
Is sound recording supported?+
Yes. Studios feature soft furnishings, wall treatments, and quiet HVAC cycles. For sensitive recordings, choose our "Interview Studio" options in the catalog.
Do you require insurance or deposits?+
For studio bookings over $500 and all camera packages, we require a COI naming us as additionally insured. A refundable hold may apply to high-value gear.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
You can reschedule once for free up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations follow our policy in the Terms.
Do you provide crew or operators?+
We can refer friendly, vetted freelancers for camera, sound, and gaffing. Requests are best made 72 hours in advance via the contact page.
What if something breaks?+
Please notify us immediately. We aim for repairs or swaps the same day. Normal wear is expected; negligence and loss may incur fees as outlined in Terms.
Can I tour a studio before booking?+

Most studios are ground-floor with ramp access. We can provide quiet waiting space, adjustable seating, and cable covers upon request.
